After payback911 broke the story on the State Department and the Pentagon selling US nuclear secrets to the enemy, Blogster took him down [a crime against humanity].
I just posted on Israeli spies who sold US secrets overseas. Even though it is from HaAretz Israeli newspaper Blogster will take me down too.
Thank God we posted on Blogspot as well.

Nobody, Jew or Arab, wants to reside in Gaza. Thousands of miles away from the nearest terrorist, it is very easy to talk nonsense. When one lives 22 miles from terrorists as I do, she realizes that torture inspires terrorism.
The torture of one man can enrage his whole family and can ignite his neighborhood. Most torture victims are innocent. How many inmates at Gitmo were ever convicted on terror charges?
Israel holds 9,200 suspects who never went to trial. Yet, they have been tortured in some cases for ten years or more. Aside from the sadistic pleasures of some prison guards, what does torture accomplish? False confessions? That's the Communist tactic.

Joe,
You left out the word 'alledged' when you referred to the accused. In many countries a human being is considered innocent until proven guilty. In effect, you condone the torture of an 'innocent' man. Calling him a terrorist does not justify torturing him.
The US Congress ratified the 1948 UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Thus, the Declaration is part of US Law. Article IV of this Declaration forbids torture in all its forms. When a government employee tortures a suspect he commits a crime against humanity. If the suspect dies in the course of torture [a felony crime], the employee should be charged with First Degree Murder. This charge should extend to anyone who ordered, authorized or funded the torture. They should be tried and executed as accessory to murder.
To save your time in responding, I admit the leadership in Israel regularly employs torture and should be executed as well. If the USA and Israel continue in torture, the UN by Charter can authorize the member states to punish the renegade nations.

You should elect the man putting words in Romney's month.
Who would you rather have in office, Edgar Bergen or Charley McCarthy?

Israel's record on torture is probably worse than the US one. Several years ago our Supreme Court outlawed torture. It lasted one week. The secret Police ran to the High Court to suspend the ruling for their suspect who knew of an immenent bombing.
Then, they returned to torture as usual.

Israel's real weak spot is crimes against humanity carried out against her own citizens. If we enforced the 1948 UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights I estimate upwards of 700,000 [of 750000] public employees would sit in prison.
What saves the scoundrels is the ignorance of citizens Jew and Arab. Most of them wouldn't know a human right if they fell over one. I have won two human rights cases before two knowledgable judges, but both of them told me I had to go to Europe to get justice.
